All our Gift Vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may not be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Please note that any remaining balance of a voucher will not be refunded as per industry standards. All vouchers are non-refundable.

Please present the Gift Voucher on arrival when redeeming the voucher.

Advance bookings are essential.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Terlingham Vineyard payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
